At our Burleigh Heads clinic, we’ve prepared some information for brand-new patients, which will allow you to get the most out of your visit.

Group Training

Our semi-private classes are practitioner-led sessions integrated into treatment plans or available as stand alone classes. Limited to a maximum of 6 participants, these sessions ensure focused attention from our practitioners.

Classes run for 45 minutes and are $30 per class. You can also purchase a 10 x visit class pass for $250 with no expiry.

Bookings are essential.

RECOVERY

Unlimited use of our recovery facilities starting at $45 per week

  • Sit back, relax and enjoy compression therapy in our recliner chairs! Benefits include: Improved circulation, Reduce Muscle Soreness & Pain, Lymphatic Drainage + Waste Removal, Reduce Inflammation and best of all Relaxation!

  • Infrared Sauna Sessions are used to warm and relax the body by easily penetrating human tissue. Benefits include: Better sleep, Relaxation, Detoxification, Pain relief, Reduced soreness and inflammation, and Improved circulation.
